After your transaction has been approved you will receive a order confirmation. Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment to be organized and prepared for shipping. At that point you will receive a tracking number that can be tracked from your account. Orders that are placed on weekends & holidays will be shipped next business day. AREA+001 does not take any responsibility for any delays that are caused by the shipping company or customs agencies.

United States of America
AREA+001 offers shipping to the United States. All shipments to the Continental US are charged a flat rate of $30.00 and will be shipped by UPS Saver, 1-2 day delivery time. There is also the option for UPS Express next day a rate of $40.00.
AREA+001 offers international shipping via UPS and DHL. All international shipments are will be shipped by UPS 2-5 business days. Shipments to Europe will charged a flat rate of $50 with the UPS Express option of $65.00 (2-3 days). Shipments to Asia & Australia will be charged a flat rate of $65. Shipments to the Middle East will be charged a flat rate of $80.
In order to return your purchase, your item must meet the following conditions.
1. Must be returned within 10 days of delivery date. Items returned 10 days or after will not be eligible for a currency refund and a store credit will be issued. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a return.
2. Must be returned in it's original condition, unused, unaltered and not washed or dry cleaned.
3. Must be returned with all original tags on the garment.
4. Footwear must returned in original condition and must have original box.
* Items that are sold at 50% off or more are not eligible for a money back refund and there will be a store credit issued.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
1. Items that have defected as a result of the manufacturer during wear must be communicated to AREA+001 prior to initiating a return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage and images.
2. Items that are damaged as a result of the manufacturer will be issued a store credit or refund depending on use and length of time. Please send a personal inquiry to email@example.com to discuss your situation.
3. Items that are damaged as a result of wear will not be eligible for a return. Please be sure to email AREA+001 and discuss the situation prior to sending.
*AREA+001 has the right to decline any returns which do not meet our return policy. Returns that do not meet the return policy standards will be sent back to the original shipping address at the shippers expense.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN REQUEST
In order to request a return within Canada please go to your account’s Order History and request a prepaid return label. Return instructions are included.
If you decide to use your own courier you must go into your order history and request a return first and then send the item back. If you are using a different courier than the offered service, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org or area001 on Instagram and let us know regarding the return along with tracking number of your courier. If AREA+001 is unaware of a return being sent to us and comes 10 days or after, the return will not be eligible for a currency refund and a store credit will be issued.
UNITED STATES and INTERNATIONAL
Client is responsible for shipping costs back to AREA+001. In order to request a return please go to your account’s Order History and request a return. Return instructions are included. Please contact email@example.com or area001 on Instagram and inform us of a return coming.
Items must be delivered to the store and AREA+001 will not be responsible for pick ups from holding facilities.
In order to create a return request, we encourage to set up an online account that will provide the client with a order history and ability to request a return. Clients that do not set up an account must contact AREA+001 ahead of a return request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or area001 on Instagram and let us know ahead of time along with courier and tracking information.
It is the clients responsibility to communicate regarding all returns to AREA+001. If proper communication is not provided and returns do not meet our policy, we have the right to decline returns. We thank you for your understanding.

Due to COVID-19 AREA+001 is currently not open to the public and functioning only online. We are at the physical store very limited hours weekly. Please inform us at email@example.com or area001 on Instagram regarding any returns being sent ahead of time. Please follow the instructions of requesting a return from your order history so we are aware during this process.
Refund will be given back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Once your item has been inspected and meets return policy a refund will be processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address originally used. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.

Import Duties & Taxes
Transactions that are being sent to the province of Ontario will be charged 5% HST + 8% PST. All other transactions outside of the province of Ontario will be charged according to provincial GST/PST tax rates.
United States of America and International
All transactions that are be sent to outside of Canada are not charged any sales tax at the point of transaction. The buyer takes sole responsibility for any sales taxes & import duties charged at the point of import. In addition, any other taxes that will be charged by the countries customs and government. US transactions are exempt of import duties up to $800 CDN. By completing a transaction through AREA+001 the client acknowledges this understanding and is responsible for those fees.
AREA+001 accepts payment via Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal and Union Pay for in store purchases.
For online purchases AREA+001 accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay.
In Store Return Policy
AREA+001 will be pleased to offer an exchange or merchandise credit for items returned to us within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned with it's original condition with merchandise tags attached. We do not offer refunds on merchandise for in-store and paypal purchases, only a store credit will be issued.
Items purchased on sale at 50% or more are not eligible to be returned and marked as "Final Sale"
Transactions that are processed via Paypal and sent to clients are part of the in store return policy and not eligible for a refund. Merchandise credit or exchange will be offered.
Pricing and Adjustments
AREA+001 will honor a price adjustment for items that have been marked down or on promotion within 7 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a price adjustment the same item, color & size must still be available within the stores inventory. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any adjustments.
Currency & Exchange Rates
AREA+001 lists all items and charges orders in CDN dollars. Exchange rates are determined by the clients credit card provider and bank. Please inquire with credit card provider or bank regarding exchange rates to estimate price of purchase.
When processing a return there may be a discrepancy in amount refunded as returns are completed in CDN dollars. Due to currency fluctuations which are beyond our control, AREA+001 is not responsible for any lost funds due to currency fluctuations.
AREA+001 is not responsible for any currency exchange fees that are charged by the credit cards issuing bank.
Privacy and Security
AREA+001 will not hold your credit card information on file. This information is confidential and handled by our 3rd party credit card processing company.
AREA+001 does not share, sell or distribute any personal information given by clients through purchase.
